Refund policy

Every Faffle & Co tee is printed to order — made just for you, not pulled off a shelf. Because of this, we can't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

What we do cover:

If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right with a full refund or reprint — no drama, no hoops to jump through.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be in the condition it arrived in
  • Please include a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly

How to get in touch:

Email us at zoe@faffleandco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We're real people and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Refunds:

Once we've confirmed the issue, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
