Where's my order? How do I track it?

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your tee leaves the print studio in the US, usually 5–7 business days after you order.

From there, expect 5–10 business days to the US, 7–14 business days to the UK and up to 3 weeks to Australia or New Zealand.

Lost the tracking email? Check your spam folder, or send us your order number through the contact form and we'll dig it out.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every tee is made by order, they are sent to the production facility through the store automatically and can be in production within hours. Once it is in production, we can't pull it back.

If you've entered the wrong delivery address, send us your order number through the contact form as soon as possible and we'll do what we can, but we honestly can't make any promises.

What can I do if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?

Oh no... let's sort it.

Send us a photo of the issue along with your order number, and we'll arrange a full refund or a reprint.

Honestly, no drama, no hoops.

If your order was damaged in transit, misprinted, or you didn't receive what you ordered.... it's all covered within 30 days of receiving it.

Unfortunately, if you chose the wrong size or colour, we can't offer a return as every product is made to order, so do check our size guide before purchasing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every tee is printed just for you (not pulled off a shelf), we can't accept returns for change-of-mind or sizing mistakes.

We try to make our size guide and product photos as honest as we can. If you're between sizes, drop us a message before ordering and we'll give you our best guess.

If your tee arrived damaged or defective, that's a different story... see the question above.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet... they're on the list. If you'd like to know the moment they go live, drop us a message through the form below and we'll add you to the list-of-people-to-tell.

Do you do wholesale, collaborations, or custom designs?

Maybe... depends on the project. We're a small operation (one woman, a lot of opinions, a healthy fear of overcommitting), so we say yes carefully.
